North Baddesley Juniors is an Outstanding school (Ofsted May 2011) "Pupils are proud of their school community and make a significant contribution to its development".

Our lovely school has 8 classes, a resource room with a fully equipped kitchen for food technology, a library, music room, a networked ICT system, with interactive whiteboards in all classes, and extensive school grounds.

The school prides itself in catering for the needs of all children through a creative cross curricular learning environment enhanced by high quality music and drama performances, with many sporting opportunities and enrichment activities that offer a wide range of experiences within and beyond the curriculum.

Our extensive and beautiful grounds offer exciting opportunities for outside learning and play; we have our own pond, conservation area, large playground,play zones and playing field, plus a beautiful courtyard (the quiet garden), gardening plots and an outdoor amphitheatre.We have a whole school environmental programme "the Real Earth Force" that covers a range of environmental issues and teaches about conservation and sustainability.
