Active ideas​​​​​​​

To keep yourself active outside of school, have a go at some of these ideas. 

* A bike ride or a walk, 

* Create a circuit of activities: you could time yourself on each and see how you improve each week, 

* Have a go at a Joe Wicks workout, 

* Learn or choreograph your own dance to your favourite piece of music, 

* Learn a new skill: a balance, keepie uppies.
