After breakfast this morning, we completed our farm jobs and then set off for Morwelham Quay. We enjoyed a train ride through the old mine and the opportunity to dress as Victorian gentlemen and ladies. We also had a go at rock-breaking. We were amazed by the amount of effort that mine workers used to put in for a tiny wage. We then left for Lydford Gorge. After a downhill walk, we arrived at the incredible sight of the White Lady Fall. Having taken photos, we walked back up the hill to the coach and returned to Stone Farm for dinner and evening activities of sketching Hedwig the Owl and games in the Games Room.
