INSET days and school holidays


Schools allocate 5 extra days for INSET training. If convenient, we try to link with the Infant School for dates to alleviate childcare, but this isn't always possible because of different needs and requirements for training within each school.


In 2017-18 the Junior School INSET days are (and all coincide with the Infant School this academic year):


Monday 4tth September

Friday 20th October

Monday 30th October

Friday 26th January

Monday 23rd July

In 2018 -19 the Junior & Infant INSET days coincide and fall on the following dates:


Monday 3rd September (so the first day of Autumn term is Tuesday 4th September)

Friday 21st December

Payments using Tucasi


This system allows you to make payments for school dinners, trips and music lessons.

School uniform

Here are photographs of our uniform:


Grey or black school trousers or school shorts

Grey or black school skirts - green checked summer dress

Sweatshirts or cardigans with the school logo (available from Skoolkit)

White polo (with or without logo) or white shirts/blouses

Sensible black school shoes


Each child is allocated to a house and should have a sports t-shirt in the appropriate colour (red/sky/green/yellow)

Black shorts or jogging bottoms for outdoor sport

Appropriate footwear for the type of activity (trainers/boots for outdoors, indoor PE is done bare-foot)


(Shinpads will be needed when playing in area tournaments)
